๐ฅ About the Role:
We're looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join the Adults Services Team in Macclesfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults in need of support while working within a professional and supportive environment.
๐งพ Key Responsibilities:
๐ง Assess the need for social work services, identify risks and protection needs, and determine appropriate interventions.
๐ค Liaise and collaborate with other professionals, statutory, and voluntary agencies to provide the best outcomes for clients.
๐ Manage and monitor your allocated caseload, ensuring all work complies with statutory obligations and council policies.
๐๏ธ Maintain accurate and timely records of all work undertaken.
๐ฌ Participate in supervision sessions, team meetings, and make use of all available training opportunities.
๐ก Contribute to the development and evaluation of services by sharing knowledge and good practice.
๐ Supervise students where appropriate.
