🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
🔎 Strong understanding of risk, identifying risk, and implementing mitigation strategies
🛡️ Safeguarding Adults knowledge and ability to manage and identify risks
📋 Ability to complete needs assessments
🗂️ Support planning skills to commission care and support
📘 Knowledge and experience of the Care Act
🧠 Knowledge and experience of the Mental Capacity Act
👥 Able to attend and chair a range of meetings related to the social worker role
📚 Ability to manage a varied caseload
🎓 Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
🧑⚕️ Prior Social Work experience
📅 Minimum 1 year in a similar role
📝 Registered with Social Work England
⭐ Special Requirements
🏠 Ability to work remotely from home
🚗 Must be a car user, able to travel across the East Locality Area
📍 Should live within a reasonable commuting distance to complete face-to-face assessments
