Pay Rate: Up to £28.40 per hour (Umbrella)

Guidant Global is currently recruiting an experienced Adult Social Worker for an opportunity in Stoke-on-Trent. Key Responsibilities
Undertake statutory adult social care assessments
Support service users in line with Care Act duties
Work collaboratively with partner agencies and internal teams
Manage caseloads effectively while maintaining high-quality recording
Ensure practice aligns with safeguarding procedures and professional standards
Essential Requirements
All applicants must meet the following criteria:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualifying experience (PQE) in Adult Social Work
Must not have held a permanent role within the past 12 months
Ability to work in line with MOC guidelines
Eligibility to work under an umbrella arrangement
Strong understanding of adult safeguarding and statutory frameworks
