As a Senior Practitioner, you will:
🔹 Carry out a range of social work interventions
🔹 Promote restorative, strengths-based practice
🔹 Support families in developing their own plans via Family Group Conferences
🔹 Ensure high-quality assessments and timely reports for courts, safeguarding meetings & reviews
🔹 Line-manage and support social workers & students
🔹 Build effective relationships with families and partner agencies
🔹 Help shape positive outcomes for children and their families
🔹 Deputise for the Team Manager when required
