🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
💷 Pay Rate: Up to £38.00 per hour (Umbrella)
🌟 Job Overview:
We are recruiting an experienced Social Worker or Senior Practitioner to join the Lichfield Assessment and Staying Together Team in Staffordshire. This is a full-time weekday role offering an excellent rate of pay and the chance to make a real impact on the lives of children and families 👨👩👧👦.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Complete Section 17 and Section 47 assessments
✅ Work directly with children and families to assess risk and need
✅ Support the Staying Together approach to help families remain safely united
✅ Develop and review care and support plans
✅ Maintain high-quality, timely case recordings
✅ Work closely with multi-agency partners 🤝
✅ (Senior Practitioner) Provide guidance and support to team members
