๐ Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
๐ท Pay Rate: Up to ยฃ38.00 per hour (Umbrella)
๐ Job Overview:
We are recruiting an experienced Social Worker or Senior Practitioner to join the Lichfield Assessment and Staying Together Team in Staffordshire. This is a full-time weekday role offering an excellent rate of pay and the chance to make a real impact on the lives of children and families ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ.
๐ Key Responsibilities:

Complete Section 17 and Section 47 assessments
โ
Work directly with children and families to assess risk and need
โ
Support the Staying Together approach to help families remain safely united
โ
Develop and review care and support plans
โ
Maintain high-quality, timely case recordings
โ
Work closely with multi-agency partners ๐ค
โ
(Senior Practitioner) Provide guidance and support to team members
