📍 Hull - Emergency Duty Team (EDT)
An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Social Worker or Senior Practitioner to join Hull's Emergency Duty Team, supporting children and families at critical moments 🌙💙
💷 Pay Rate:
➡️ Up to £37.50 per hour (Umbrella) 💸
🕘 Working Pattern:
📅 Rota-based role covering 7 days per week
⏰ Out-of-hours Emergency Duty service
🏢 Office-based only - remote working is not suitable for this role
✨ About the Role:
This is a key position within the Out of Hours Emergency Duty Team, responding to urgent safeguarding situations involving children and adolescents. You'll make high-level decisions, manage risk, and provide an immediate response when it matters most.
Senior/Advanced Practitioners will play a vital role in:
✔️ Handling complex cases
✔️ Making sound professional judgements under pressure
✔️ Supporting and guiding colleagues during shifts
