We're recruiting Social Workers through to Senior / Advanced Practitioners to join Lichfield AST 1, a supportive and well-established team of 4 practitioners working with children and families to make lasting change ๐
๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ The Role:
You'll be responsible for a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
โจ Child & Family Assessments
โจ Managing PLO
โจ Child Protection Plans
โจ Care Proceedings
โจ Progressing Adoption Plans
๐ท Pay Rates (in line with MOU):

Social Worker (Band 1) - ASYE + 2 years' experience: ยฃ28.55/hr
โ
Senior Social Worker (Band 2) - ASYE + 3 years' experience: ยฃ30.57/hr
โ
Advanced / Senior Practitioner / Assistant Team Manager -
Includes caseload + supervisory / practice development duties: ยฃ33.30/hr
