Bedford Borough Council is seeking an Experienced Children's Social Worker to join their Assessment Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner looking to work within a supportive and well-structured team with regular supervision. 💼✨
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
👨👩👧 Complete Section 17 (Child in Need) assessments
🚨 Undertake Section 47 child protection enquiries
⚖️ Attend and contribute to ICPCs (Initial Child Protection Conferences)
🏛️ Complete court work, including reports and statements
🤝 Work closely with families and partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children
