The role
Spring RAF Benson is a large purpose built nursery and new out of school club that supports the children and families of RAF Benson and the surrounding areas. We are looking for a playworker to join our team. No qualifications necessary although a Level 2 in childcare is desirable.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a desire to work with children and can work flexibly to suit the needs of the setting.
You will be: covering breakfast club and after school club.
You will make a difference by:
-Planning and taking part in play and leisure activities for children.
-Caring for and supervising our children, making sure that they are safe and happy.
-Thoroughly enjoying your role and making every day count for the children in our care.
You will need:
-A Passion and energy to work with children.
-To be patient and have a caring personality.
-The ability to work well as a team and independently.
-Have excellent communication skills and the abiltity to set up activities.
