Hybrid: 3 days on site π’
Key Responsibilities π
Assessment & Safeguarding π
Receive and investigate referrals for children with disabilities.
Assess safety and risk and develop safety plans where needed β οΈ.
Case Management π
Complete paperwork for resource panels.
Multi-Agency Work π€
Work with police, schools, health, and legal services.
Recording & Reporting ποΈ
Keep accurate, timely case records.
Produce clear and concise assessments and reports.
Support & Intervention π§©
Provide practical advice on long-term outcomes and care options.
Essential Requirements β
Qualified Social Worker with 3+ years PQE π
Strong assessment and court experience βοΈ
Able to work effectively with multiple agencies π€²
Must have a car and access to own transport π
Must provide references to Compliance & Documents tabs π
Agency ID badge required for successful candidates πͺͺ

Additional Duties π
Manage caseloads requiring social care or youth justice input.
Prepare reports for panels, court, and agencies π§Ύ.
Conduct interviews for those missing from care or education.
Participate in supervision and development sessions π₯.
Maintain accurate electronic case records π».
Work flexibly across the county, including some evenings/weekends ππ .
Experienced in s47 and s17 processes.
