🗓 Monday to Friday | 🕘 09:00-17:00 | 💷 Up to £24.38 per hour
We're looking for a Senior Social Worker to join our children's services team in Stafford. If you have strong experience in children's social work and want to make a difference across multiple teams, this could be the role for you!
✨ Role Overview
Team: Various teams (Integrated Front Door Service, Duty Teams, Children in Care Team) - broad understanding of children's social work services required
📍 Location: Countywide (Various locations) - flexibility required to cover different areas
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Work with complex cases across the full spectrum of children's services
Assessment and court work when required
Support across multiple teams (e.g., Duty, Children in Care, Integrated Front Door)
Provide cover where there is a need, depending on geographical location
💸 Pay Structure (based on experience)
Social Worker (Band 1) - ASYE + 2+ years experience: £28.55/hr
Senior Social Worker (Band 2) - ASYE + 3+ years experience: £30.57/hr
Advanced Practitioner/Senior Practitioner/Assistant Team Manager - Includes additional responsibilities like supervision, practice development, etc. £33.30/hr
