👥 Supervise social workers - including case supervision and personal supervision
📝 Authorise assessments and plans to ensure high-quality practice
🧩 Chair strategy meetings and contribute to effective decision-making
📌 Allocate workload effectively across the team
🤝 Provide day-to-day support, advice, and guidance to social workers
