We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our Cotswolds Children & Families Team.
You'll lead and inspire a dedicated team of Social Workers, ensuring high standards in safeguarding practice and service delivery for children, young people, and families.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead, manage and be accountable for a team of Social Workers in delivering statutory duties.
✅ Ensure quality assurance, supervision, and professional development of team members.
✅ Oversee work relating to Court Proceedings, Child Protection (CP), Children in Need (CIN), and Children in Care (CIC).
✅ Champion best practice and drive continuous improvement within the team.
✅ Maintain a focus on safeguarding and improving outcomes for children and families.
✅ Balance office and remote working, ensuring cohesion and stability within the team.
