๐ท Pay: Up to ยฃ23.61/hour (Umbrella)

We're looking for a confident and competent Social Worker to join our Adults Short Term Assessment and Reablement Team in Derby! ๐
This is a front-facing role where you'll be supporting adults with a range of complex needs - helping them regain independence, stay safe, and achieve positive outcomes in their daily lives. ๐

๐ Key Responsibilities
๐งพ Carry out Care Act Assessments and create outcome-focused care plans
๐ก๏ธ Manage safeguarding enquiries and MARM (Multi-Agency Risk Management) meetings
๐ง Complete Mental Capacity Assessments (MCA) and Best Interests (BI) decisions
๐ Undertake home visits and community assessments - travel is required
๐
Cover Duty 1-2 days per week
